Legal Opinion

Legal opinion is a role of legal practitioner in giving a legal consultation by giving their legal – based opinion, both that is for preventing the dispute or dispute resolution, both oral or written for the clients.

Legal opinion is a respond towards a specific law issue. Legal opinion is a form of writing that can be in form of law – based argument, made by the advocate of paralegal for clients’ needs. Generally, the legal opinion is aimed to give explanation towards any things that are related by the problems faced.

Legal opinion should covers law problem identification, law fact identification, inventarization of law regulations, regulation implementation towards problem, law analysis making, and conclusion making that answers the law problems faced.
