Legal audit is an examination and/or assesment towards law problems relating in a corporate area. Legal audit is neede for things as follows:
- Corporate in which will do the Initial Public Offering (IPO)
- Corporate in which will do merger, consolidation, and acquisition
- Corporate in which will do syndication of credit transaction
- Corporate in which will be traded (legal audit will be done if the buyer is willing to do it)
- Etc.
