Criminal law is part of public law and is one of part in law instrument which its existance is really urgent since long time ago. This kind of law considered as really important in guaranting society’s security from any crime treats, securing country’s stability and even considered as “moral institution” in which its role is rehabilitating the criminal actors.
Criminal law as a law that regulate the deeds that are prohibited by the regulations and causing the implementation of punishment for those to did it and fulfilling the subtances of deeds that are mentioned in Criminal Law regulations. The scopes of criminal law are as follow:
- The deeds that are prohibited in Criminal Law Regulations (KUHP), such as murdering, stealing, raping, robbery, and etc
- Special deeds of crime, such as corruption, violation towards universal human rights, and etc.
What will we do is assisting the client(s) in criminal law cases/matters starting from the first level, Appeal, until Casation/Final Appeal.
